This is pretty much ready to upload. The only problem is that since
you're making changes to the Debian package you should modify the
maintainer field as per the Debian Maintainer Field spec:
«https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebianMaintainerField»
As with your ldtp merge, it's nice to attach a debdiff against the
Debian package, too.
Also, you should close this bug from the changelog with the (LP:
#161193) syntax.
