After weeks of searching like Ondrej, the problem was that in the bootable USB 
dint't exist the file mmx64.efi so the workaround was to copy de existing file 
grubx64.efi and rename to mmx64.efi in the bootable USB drive (so USB Drive 
folder /EFI/BOOT now i have three  files BOOTx64.EFI, grubx64.efi and 
mmx64.efi). Then, reboot and the installation should work.
As an context, i created the USB bootable drive from win10 with rufus
