Firefox 63.0 deletes saved web pages.
Reproduce:
Open any web page
File -> Save page as
Save it (I saved into several different locations to verify this was not
related to the directory)
This will save the html file and a folder containing all embedded elements
Close tab or application
This will delete (=rm) the html file but will leave the folder and sub-content
intact.
Expected:
Saved files should remain on the disk
