There is a Debian removal bug for the ovs package, but why can't you
sync networking-arista from Debian? I checked and it at least still
builds on disco today.

I have to admit I don't know what Arista is. I apologize for questioning
your judgment but I think a bit more explanation here would be helpful
for the Archive Admins.
