GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash pci=nomsi,noaer" update-grub / reboot and everything works fine ??? :-) The sky2 ethernet card works well after coming back from the suspension ! but why do not I need this entry on my laptop on Debian with the 4.9.x.x kernel?
