Python library that will be used by OpenStack projects for writing upgrade 
checks. The first project to use it so far is Cinder.

Package works out of the box with no prompting. There are no major bugs in 
Ubuntu and there are no major bugs in Debian. Unit tests are run during build.

All are in main.

FHS and Debian Policy compliant.

Simple python package that the OpenStack Team will take care of.

Common code for writing OpenStack upgrade checks

This project contains the common code necessary for writing upgrade checks 
in OpenStack projects. It includes a module (oslo_upgradecheck.upgradecheck)
for the common code as well as an example (oslo_upgradecheck.__main__) of
integrating that code into a project.
