Public bug reported: On Lenovo 300e (Winbook w. touch), after suspend (after reopening the screen) a problem occurs with the touchpad. With original and latest bios, on Ubuntu 18.04 and 18.10. Mouse control via the pen on the touchscreen works right away but the touchpad initially fails to activate after suspend. The problem is logged in the syslog:
