Yes, i do and did then. I now use Adblock Ultimate, and your suspicions may be right, that the extension is the problem. Regretfully, I change extensions from time to time, and I don't keep records of when and which one. If I have a problem with Aetna again, I will disable extensions to see what happens. I am sorry I didn't think of it back then, but in the heat of the moment, when I was trying to get into Aetna, I was probably concentrating on the problem that motivated me to go the there.
