You can add SKIP_CHECKS=yes to ~/.config/compiz/compiz-manager (by running "echo SKIP_CHECKS=yes >> ~/.config/compiz/compiz-manager" at a terminal, for example) to skip all the startup checks. However, your driver/card combination has been blacklisted for a reason - people were reporting random system lockups with your card/driver and Compiz.
