While using the cleanup functionality with deskew enabled, I got pages
with images horizontally shifted somewhere halfway the page. The problem
is not visible in gscan2pdf, only the saved pdf-file is broken.
I ran into this before with gscan2pdf on ubuntu 10.00, but now it
happened again.
