SUMMARY: Ubuntu version: Ubuntu 18.04 thunderbird 1:52.9.1+build3-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 dovecot-1.0.7-9.el5_11.4 Problem is reproducable by the reporter. Steps to reproduce: 1. In Ubuntu 18.04 2. In Thunderbird, in account connected to an IMAP server running Dovecot 2. right click on one folder in the folder list 3. no option available to compact the folder 4. In Ubuntu 14.04 5. In Thunderbird, in account connected to an IMAP server running Dovecot 6. right click on one folder in the folder list 7. compact folder option is available Actual behaviour: compact folder option missing in Ubuntu 18.04 in same version of Thunderbird. Expected behaviour: compact folder option should be available for folders. Additional notes: Only occurs with an IMAP server running Dovecot.
