Public bug reported: Like, when I delete files, they go into the trash can right? Well it turns red. It's supposed to turn blue when I empty the trash can. Sometimes it turns blue, but most of the time it stays red. eventually it does turn back to blue for some reason I can't figure out. This happens on my System76 Kubuntu 18.04.1 Desktop and my Dell netbook. I haven't used any USB thumb drives with the computers or any network attached drives since I first installed the OS on both.
There appears to be no rhyme or reason to the trash cans colors. See my Kubuntu forums thread I started here.
