Public bug reported: I used to be able to go up to the global menu in GNOME Shell, drop down and select quit.
Suddenly the Quit option doesn't work any more. Steps to reproduce: 1. From a new install log in. From an existing install delete ~/.config/gnome-initial-setup-done 2. Note that g-i-s loads 3. Navigate to the menu at the top left of the screen and drop it down 4. Click on "Quit" 5. Notice that is does not quit What I would expect to happen: g-i-s quits, and the user is _not_ prompted to perform g-i-s again next log in. ** Affects: gnome-initial-setup (Ubuntu) Importance: Medium Assignee: Andrea Azzarone (azzar1) Status: In Progress -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1797565 Title: Can't exit via global menu "Quit" option To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-initial-setup/+bug/1797565/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
