GF, As far as I can tell the problem is now gone. There is definitely no problem using the HP driver which names the printer as somethng-Officejet-Pro_8500-A910. The other one (which names it as Officejet_Pro_8500_A910_174835_ and I think is the new generic printer) doesn't print as close to the margins but does not seem to move the image down 3/32 which used to be the problem.
