Sorry for the doublepost. Addition info: I have the same bug with Mozc (The other JP input system). Although, with Mozc it's necessary to - Ctrl + S - Esc - Ctrl + S - Esc . So: You need to "try to save" twice before the bug triggers. Maybe it's not so much of pure Anthy bug anymore.
