Public bug reported:

When copying and pasting files using konqueror, if a file of the same
name exists in the target directory, then when the replace/rename/cancel
dialogue appears, all of the konqueror windows migrate to the current
desktop.

To replicate:
In a KDE session with multiple desktops with konqueror windows in more than one.

1) Copy a file (right click > copy)
2) Move to a window open on another directory that contains a file of the same
name. (Don't think it has to be on a different desktop).
3) Paste the copied file
4) When the confirmation dialogue appears all of the konqueror windows move to
the current desktop -- which they should not.

Extra notes:
It could possibly be a kwin bug, but I've only seen it with konqueror, and only
on kubuntu (I've not seen the problem on Manjaro/KDE).

I don't think it happened on Xenial.
