Public bug reported:
In my kubuntu install Konsole has a menu and keyboard shortcut to create
bookmarks, but has no way to delete or edit them once created.
Manually installing keditbookmarks or kde-baseapps-bin adds an item to
the Bookmarks menu to edit. It's not immediately obvious to me which is
the correct one or if there is another way to fix this.
I've replicated this in a brand new kubuntu desktop install:
$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS
Release: 18.04
$ apt show konsole
Package: konsole
Version: 4:17.12.3-1ubuntu1

Importance: Undecided
