Incomplete = reporter needs to give more information ??

I'm not sure how much more detailed information this original reporter
can give on this i219-v nic performance issue with Ubuntu 18.04 server?
Especially, when it's documented others have had NIC issues with Ubuntu
18.04 server.

Can someone please let me know what further is needed, or simply say
there's nothing that can be done to fix the issue with Ubuntu 18.04
server. If there's nothing to be done on the Ubuntu side, please let me
know and I can move on to a Linux distribution that can handle the
i219-v NIC in a stable manner. Thanks.
