Public bug reported: When my laptop awakes from suspend, vagrant spikes the CPU. I'm not able to connect by ssh at this point and existing ssh sessions to the guest fail to connect. I have to halt the guest.
Doing a vagrant up (without further provisioning) succeeds. Because I can't connect to the badly-behaving guest, I haven't been able to debug this at all.
