I don't think the duplicate status is correct as this device is
0930:0219 and the duplicate was device 0cf3:3004 and bug #1542743 should
be fixed in 4.15.0-31

This user seems to have an issue with the USB bus as the bluetooth is
disconnecting and reconnecting and doesn't appear to be the firmware
issue that plagued the 2 different 0cf3:3004 Atheros Bluetooth devices
