Hi Macro,

I tried the above command line, however it did not remove automatix. I
was able to remove automatix with Synaptic Package Manager.

Done.
----

Now when I use the menu option System / Administration / Update Manager

then I select "New distribution release '7.10' is available" [ Upgrade ]
<--- button.

the upgrade begins normally then ends with a error.

"Error during update

A problem occured during the update. This is usually some sort of
network problem, please check your network connection and retry.

Failed to fetch

Thank you for your help. Now at least I'm only getting one (1) error
instead of three errors.

I would appreciate your help as to what I should do next.
