Public bug reported:
When shutting down,
It will power down the monitor, and presumably the hard drive, but does not
shut down the power supply, and the fan stays on.
So it's not a complete shut down. I still have to turn off the power supply
switch and then back on again in order to use the front power button to turn
the computer on.
