Public bug reported: My Ralink RT61 pci card worked in Feisty. The driver didn't support wpa_supplicant but that doesn't matter as the card has wpa built in and you can configure it using iwpriv.
In Gutsy the driver was changed to one that doesn't support iwpriv, but it doesn't support wpa_supplicant either. I couldn't even get it to connect to a network using no encryption. This is a really bad situation to end up in. Please fix the driver, revert the driver or provide the old driver again. Failing that at least list somewhere what pci wireless card I can buy at Frys that will work with ubuntu. (I had bought the rt61 in the first place because they have open source drivers).
