It appears that the command fixed the issue with lib*g*tkmm. Next it hits an issue with lib*a*tkmm, so the next thing to try is to reinstall that package. You might need to do this with several packages as the library of installed packages on your computer appears to be out-of-sync with the actual packages installed.
