The workaround as suggested by Steve G and others is not very satisfactory because the first thing that you want to do after creating a new document is change the name. Previously, after creating the document you were immediately in a text field so that you could change the name. Using the workaround, you have to select the document and select that you are changing the name before entering the name. It is pointless extra work.
