@tombuntus and @ mhr3 thanks for your help. I followed all the steps but do not seem to have successfully changed anything on my system. Still the same powerconsumption. And the two commands you said you had to run (echo "OFF">/proc/acpi/bbswitch, and sudo tee /proc/acpi/bbswitch <<<OFF) do not work for me. I am not even able to find bbswitch in the /proc/acpi/ folder. Do you maybe know what the problem could be?
