Yash Raj Rai, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better. Please respond to all of the following:
1) After the crash, are there crash files in the /var/crash folder? 2) Is this something that started to happen after an update? If so, which and when precisely? 3) When you state "The screen freezes when I log in after I put my PC to sleep for a long time" are you referring to suspending your computer? 4) If you don't put the computer to sleep, is the crash reproducible? ** Tags added: bios-outdated-c2cn21ww ** Changed in: xorg (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Low ** Changed in: xorg (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1768581 Title: Crashes when unlock the screen after a long time To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug/1768581/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
