coreutils 6.10~20070907-3

This is in Debian experimental. I have re-built this on my system, and
it seems to work for me, though I had to restart hal, dbus, and udev
manually before I could login and use my system. Not sure why that is
just yet, but it is workable enough that the quirks should be fixable
before Hardy... in addition, it seems that the reason that this package
is in experimental in Debian is because there are some issues with it on
architectures that are not supported by Ubuntu, either in packaging or
otherwise.

What's the policy on this, or is there one? If I were to upload a
package to PPA, would someone be able to look at it and determine
whether or not it would be something that could be included? The
updated coreutils will not only make people feel better, but there's
been a lot of updates in the past year-plus since the 5.x series.
