Public bug reported:

Using Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS, I installed pcs 0.9.149-1ubuntu1.1 along with
cluster-glue 1.0.12~rc1+hg2777-1.2.

The cluster-glue package installs a bunch of stonith plugins to
/usr/lib/stonith/plugins/external. Unfortunately, it seems that these
are not usable with this version of pcs which is too old:
https://github.com/ClusterLabs/pcs/issues/81

I tried the following command:

pcs stonith create vfencing external/vcenter VI_SERVER=10.124.137.100
VI_CREDSTORE=/etc/pacemaker/vicredentials.xml
HOSTLIST="d-gp2-dbpg0-1=d-gp2-dbpg0-1;d-gp2-dbpg0-2=d-gp2-dbpg0-2;d-gp2-dbpg0-3=d-gp2-dbpg0-3"
RESETPOWERON=0

This yielded the following error with the Ubuntu-provided version of pcs
(0.9.149):

Error: Unable to create resource 'stonith:external/vcenter', it is
not installed on this system (use --force to override)

Can the package please be updated to a newer 0.9.x version that supports
external stonith plugins?
