Hi Frank,
I've found something interesting.
On Ubuntu 18.04, if you comment ep11 (slot 4) from the /etc/opencryptoki.conf, 
and restart pkcsslotd, then pkcsconf -t works.

But even commenting ep11 from the configuration file, the output of pkcsconf -t 
is not consistent. It is showing ica for both slot 1 and 2, where 2 should be 
CCA.

I'll be doing some debugging, but something really wrong is on the deb package.

Remembering that this is not happening on any other distro, or debian.
