Public bug reported:

I have a HP Elitebook2570p, with win10pro and linux Mint 18.3 installed in dual
boot mode.
I ran Ubuntu18.3LTS desktop live from USB. and tried to install alongside the
other 2 OS.
But it could not resize the ex4 partition where linux Mint was installed and
aborted.
