1. Stop dropbox. 2. Open /usr/share/applications/dropbox.desktop for editing. 3. Change "Exec=dropbox start -i" to "Exec=env XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=Unity dropbox start -i". 4. Copy /usr/share/applications/dropbox.desktop to ~/.config/autostart/dropbox.desktop or just make same change to autostart file.
