Public bug reported:

On a 18.04 test system, there is BUG in the nfs-kernel-server. If
multiple shares are exported, each share can be mounted from another
computer or via network on the same server. BUT, looking inside the
mounted fs always the first exported share is used. So, e.g. if you
export data1 and data2 and mount data1 to /mnt and data2 /mnt2 locally,
ls /mnt and ls /mnt2 are identical!!! syslog messages indicate a normal
operation but in fact is not ...

I checked this behaviour with a 4.13.13 kernel and the latest 4.15.17
kernel and I guess it is independent from this kernel version or an
older BUG ...

nfs-kernel-server 1.2.8 on Ubuntu 16.04 is working fine on the same
computer ...
