Your Dpkg logs show this is abundant in your nginx error logs:

This means something else is listening on port 80 on your system.  You
need to turn off any other web-servers you have first, then attempt to
install NGINX (or run `apt-get install -f` to process the data again and
to properly reconfigure/install nginx)
