Arrgh! Here we go again! Issue is not fixed once and for all. The first time in a session I click on the Red Button there's this 30+ sec. lag before power manager displays only 5 options (no standby or hibernate). Cancelling to cancel the option panel: on subsequent tries all goes fine, 1/2 sec. lag and 7 options...
