Public bug reported:
After upgrading from ubuntu 17.04 to 17.10 with new kernel
4.13.0-37-generic system stopped to work few seconds after showing
display manager(a while after WiFi changes icon to connected). This his
hard crash, SysRq command doesn't work. This is not an issue on the same
environment with old kernel 4.10.0-43-generic booted
