adept manager -> "Adept" menu -> manage repositories -> "updates" tab There I choose "pre-release updates" and "unsupported updates" closed again and did "fetch updates". I actually see "gutsy-proposed/universe" (and also main, multiverse, restricted) in the list of locations it's checking. It doesn't show any updates so it just goes back to the general list of all packages. I also tried apt-get update, apt-get upgrade, both show no available updates. I also used update manager and it said my system was up-to-date I also reset my computer after all this and tried again with adept. still the same...
So I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I can't see how I should upgrade to the new adept version so the bug is fixed. Perhaps I'll just wait until it's an official update and perhaps it will download and install by itself then. -- feisty dist upgrade check does not work https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/153889 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
