Public bug reported:

In my Kubuntu Feisty, when I started the pc with a DVD inside the drive, it was
automatically mounted.
With Kubuntu Gutsy, it doesn't happen, and the strange thing is that the icon
of an unmounted DVD doesn't appear on the desktop either, while it should. I
can also hear the DVD turning inside the drive.
Then, if I mount it manually, the icon of the mounted DVD appears correctly on
the desktop and after a while the DVD stops turning. And when I unmount it, the
icon of an the unmounted DVD appears, as it has to be.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
