I think I have same problem on my Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1226 v3 on
kernel 4.13.0-36-lowlatency:

Module exists - 
/lib/modules/4.13.0-36-lowlatency/kernel/drivers/edac/sb_edac.ko.
Used to work fine on 14.04 with 4.4.x kernel.
