I reverted intel microcode package to the 20170707 version: intel-microcode: Installiert: 3.20170707.1 Installationskandidat: 3.20180108.0+really20170707ubuntu17.10.1
After that I performed hibernation tests with following kernel versions: 4.13.0-25, 4.13.0-31 and 4.13.0-32. The result is the same behavior as before, black screen and freeze on resume from hibernation.
