I just cannot believe that this bug is almost three weeks old without a solution on the horizon?!
It affects mainstream PCs, all of them with Ubuntu flagship product. Isn't it enough to treat this issue as critical ('blocker' being a more appropriate word)? If Gutsy had been my first expereince with Ubuntu, I would have trashed it after a few hours. But Feisty was so cute, so I'll give Ubuntu one more chance.
