add the issue too, and the "possible solution" works too. so have linked 
/usr/sbin/ndiwswrapper-1.8 to /usr/sbin/ndiwswrapper. 
btw if ndiwswrapper-1.1 doesn't work and there is a newer version, why we keep 
the old as default install ?
