Hi Vincent, I have adopted the wordplay package in Debian and I have published a new version of the package. Effectively, the program does not support letters with accents, dieresis, etc. I have made some changes to the program code but to fix this problem ... you have to rewrite the entire program. The program is very old (the latest version is from 1996) and does not support UTF-8. Simply, this problem is not viable to fix it. There are other programs (for example an [0]) that if they support UTF-8. For all this, I close the bug.
Thanks! I. De Marchi [0] https://packages.qa.debian.org/a/an.html ** Changed in: wordplay (Ubuntu) Assignee: (unassigned) => I.
