Public bug reported: I was trying to upgrade and do-release-upgrade was failing saying there's no enough disk space.
This isn't really useful if it doesn't say which partition has that issue and how much space the upgrade process will take. I managed to solve my particular issue but I think it would be helpful if the required info was given with the error message, if it checks for disk space,I assume the information is there, just not shown to the user. ** Affects: ubuntu-release-upgrader (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1740383 Title: do-release-upgrade doesn't report useful info if a partition is full To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-release-upgrader/+bug/1740383/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
