Public bug reported:

I was doing an upgrade and it brought up a setup window that mentioned
something about grub.

I didn't realize that the upgrade was still happening and Quit the
window using the launchpad aux menu quit menu item. It complained it
failed and then again on reboot. I tried to reinstall the grub-efi-
amd64 and grub-efi-amd64-signed, but it did not bring back up the grub
window. I am thinking I missed somnething critical to the setup but
cannot get the install to re-trigger that grub setup window.

Is there anyway to either re-trigger the setup / window to appear or
rollback and re-upgrade?

Thanks in advance. Oh one thing is I am new to this so you probably
need something I should have obviously sent you. Tell me what you need.
I have pasted below from the log file.

My system is ubuntu 14.04LTS running on Dell inspiron 3458
