The touchpad two-finger swipe scrolling is very buggy with almost very
low sensitivity when my thinkpad x250 laptop wakes from suspend (when
laptop lid is opened). Not sure what software is causing it, but I'm
guessing its either the kernel or libinput. I am using original ubuntu
17.10, fully up to date at the time of filing this bug report.
