Plus, libxml2 is only one of the many packages that fails, the first
error is this:

 package libpcre3:amd64 2:8.41-1.1+ubuntu14.04.1+deb.sury.org+4 cannot
be configured because libpcre3:i386 is at a different version
(2:8.41-1.1+ubuntu14.04.1+deb.sury.org+3)

Anyway, it's as seth-arnold said, multiarch requires keeping package
version across architectures in sync, which should happen by itself in
normal circumstances.  If that's not happening please contact user
support.
