Exactly. These are really the important options. They allow you to change the cpufreq governor easily for AC and for BATTERY.
The point of this BUG is: You don't have to edit them by hand using gconf-editor. These options are already available at the Power Management UI, but they are hidden. But by just setting /apps/gnome-power-manager/ui/cpufreq_show, they will beautifully appear there without cluttering the interface at all.
