I have Nvidia FX5500 from Point of View manufacturer. One of my friend has FX5700 which works fine (or at least worked fine in Feisty) with the new driver. My card now only works with legacy driver.
BTW, nvidia-settings package was also removed during update. Next time the Ubuntu developers should consider leaving these unchanged.
