Public bug reported:

Running on Ubuntu 17.04, package ntopng (2.4+dfsg1-3)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install and start ntopng
2. Browse to web interface (by default at http://<ip_addr>:3000)
3. Click the cog at top-right
4. Click "Manager Users" or "Preferences"

What I expect to happen:
Manage Users page or Preferences page appears

What actually happens:
Error page with "Script "/lua/admin/users.lua" returned an error:
Missing CSRF parameter"

** Affects: ntopng (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
